From sloppy burgers to Gran’s potato salad that’s more mayo than salad; we went on a mission to get mayo back on the menu and in the hands of young people.
Kraft Heinz takes mayonnaise seriously, so we created a seriously serious campaign to stamp out the decades-long abuse of our beloved condiment once and for all.
We created an official RSM document. Downloadable for at-home learning, it’s a fourteen-page handbook covering everything from viscosity and ooze control to the controversial Reserve Dollop. Plus, people and venues could even get themselves RSM-certified online.
